You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.

If your mug arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us at artmachines.es@gmail.com, attaching clear photos showing the damage along with a brief description of the issue.
Once the claim has been confirmed with our fulfillment provider, you will receive a refund after the product has been returned.

Mugs must be returned in perfect condition, with no signs of use or additional handling.
