All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT in accordance with EU regulations.

Prices may change without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the price paid will not be modified.

The final price includes:

  • Any discounts applied

Shipping fees (if applicable) are shown before payment confirmation.

7. Order Process

To place an order:

  5. Enter billing and shipping details.

  6. Confirm and pay.

Size recommendations provided are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee of fit.

After purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times and shipping conditions are described in our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the consumer upon physical possession of the goods, in accordance with EU consumer law.

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

We voluntarily extend this period to 30 calendar days from delivery.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be unwashed

  • Include original tags

  • Be in resalable condition

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

After withdrawal notification, you have 14 days to return the goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

10. Cancellations and Modifications

Orders may be cancelled or modified only if they have not yet been dispatched.

Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the withdrawal process applies.

11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable European Union law and the national law of the Member State where the Company is established.

Consumers may bring claims before the courts of their place of residence.

We may consider alternative dispute resolution mechanisms where appropriate.
