Returns and Refunds

To request a return, please send an email to artmachines.es@gmail.com stating the reason for your return. We will reply with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

You must request the return within 30 days of receiving your order.

All returned items must be sent back in perfect condition, with original tags attached, and must not have been worn, washed, or used.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer.

Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse and verify that it complies with the conditions stated above, we will process the corresponding refund of the outstanding amount.
