The user agrees not to use the website for any illegitimate purpose or in any way that contravenes any applicable regulations. Without prejudice to the provisions of the Privacy Policy, the user is informed that electronic documents relating to the formalization of transactions are stored by Art & Machines for compliance with applicable legal provisions, and copies of these documents may be requested by contacting info@art&machines.com. Furthermore, Art & Machines guarantees the security of the storage of any type of document provided by the client in applicable cases.

When you access our website, the first thing you will see is a magenta banner where we give you an important piece of information: "Free shipping with no minimum amount."

Please note that this is something we can change or remove, therefore what is shown on our website will always prevail.

The shopping cart icon, the profile access icon, and the search icon are all located here. Just below that banner, you'll find a navigation bar that allows you to access the different pages of our website. At the time of writing, we only have one category, categorized as unisex.

Please note that our product catalog and/or prices may change from time to time, and only those displayed on this website will be available. While we will try to avoid this, it is possible that a product you wish to purchase may be out of stock or unavailable. The content and information of the Service (including, but not limited to, text, sound, images, and computer code), as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, are owned by Art & Machines or used with the appropriate authorizations. Furthermore, the modification, reproduction, duplication, copying, distribution, sale, resale, and any other form of exploitation of the Service for commercial or equivalent purposes is prohibited. Any other use of the Service content requires our prior written consent.

Art & Machines reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, once the order confirmation has been received, the prices payable for that order will not be affected.

As stated above, the entire purchase process, as well as the transmission of your personal data and credit card information, is carried out on a secure page and encrypted through the SSL protocol, the technology provided by the Shopify platform.

This contract is governed by Spanish law. In order to simplify the resolution of claims through civil proceedings and reduce costs, we do not exclude the possibility of submitting to Equity Arbitration by the Court of Arbitration of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services. In this regard, and in accordance with applicable regulations, we inform you of the existence of a European online dispute resolution platform that facilitates the out-of-court settlement of disputes for contracts concluded online between consumers and internet service providers. We take all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the security and integrity of the personal and non-personal information we collect, both against unauthorized access and accidental alteration, loss, or destruction. Select your products:

To make it as easy as possible for you to select your product, please follow these steps:

1. Click on the image of the desired product(s). Product information: We are completely transparent with you. That's why you'll find all the relevant information for each product. Like this:

• Sweatshirt: you will know its price, available sizes, colors, model, composition and care.
• T-shirts: you'll find out their price, available sizes, colors, styles, composition, and care instructions. Each garment is accompanied by a brief product description.

2. Select your size from the available options: XS, S, L, M, XL, XXL, and 3XL. If you're unsure of your size, we can help. Simply click the "Find Your Size" button. A pop-up window will appear with a form that automatically provides our size recommendation. We also offer size guides for all our garments. This size selection assistance is for guidance only; the final decision is yours, and the recommendation does not guarantee the correct size.

3. Choose the quantity of each product you wish to purchase. 4. Click the "Add to cart" button. Repeat this process as many times as necessary until you have selected and added all the products you wish to purchase to your cart. Similarly, if after selecting a product you no longer wish to purchase it, simply click on the cart icon and then on "Remove" the product.

Billing and payment information:

• Payment methods: We currently accept credit cards (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, etc.), PayPal, and Google Pay. Our transactions are secure and encrypted.
• Billing address: You need to tell us if the address we should use on the invoice is the same as the shipping address or a different one. By default, "Same shipping address" will be preselected, but if you want to use a different address, click on "Use a different billing address." A form will appear that you will need to fill out. Finally, click the "Review order" button to make sure you have filled in all the fields correctly.

Shipping costs, discount and final price: Shipping costs:

• Spain (Peninsula): Currently, if your order exceeds €64, you'll receive free standard shipping. Shipping is completely free, and the standard delivery time is 6 to 7 business days. This timeframe may be longer during sales periods, Black Friday, Christmas, or special promotions.
• Final price: The final price of your order will be the sum of the price of each item, plus any applicable taxes and fees. However, this final price may change if you have received a discount.

Important: The prices of all our products are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes (VAT).

Product delivery:

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will begin processing it to ensure you receive it as soon as possible. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, Art & Machines will send you an email notification to the address you provided, informing you of the approximate delivery date. This way, you will be kept informed of its status at all times. The average delivery time is a maximum of 15 business days if the shipping address is within mainland Spain*. This timeframe may be longer during sales periods, Black Friday, Christmas, or special promotions.

If you do not receive your order within this timeframe, please contact us at info@art&machines, and we will resolve the issue with our shipping agency as soon as possible.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and order modifications policy. Right of withdrawal:

You can cancel your purchase and therefore return the purchased products freely within 30 calendar days from receipt of the product.

To return your purchased items, they must be in perfect condition, unworn and unwashed, and with their tags attached. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted for hygiene, health, and safety reasons.

Once you have requested a return/withdrawal, you will have a period of 14 calendar days to send the product in question to Art & Machines, if you do not do so at the same time as you announce the return/withdrawal.

The refund will be processed according to the original payment method. Please follow the instructions below:

1. Fill out the return form.
2. Select "I want a refund".
3. Press the Send button.

The refund amount will correspond to the price of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Both cancellations and modifications will be processed as such if the orders have not yet left the warehouse; otherwise, you will be entitled to the terms and conditions for withdrawals/returns. In all these situations, we will try to resolve your issue as quickly as possible. In any case, all the rights guaranteed to you by applicable law as a consumer are fully respected.
