We currently ship to Spain only; we will soon expand to the rest of the European Community and the world.

We work hard to ensure you receive your order within 6-7 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day, and their delivery time will be increased by 24 hours. We do not offer weekend delivery. After payment, you will receive a purchase confirmation email. This email will contain detailed instructions for real-time tracking. We will do our best to deliver your order within the stated timeframe, although we cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond Art & Machines' control or force majeure.

These timeframes may be longer during sales periods, Black Friday, Christmas, or special promotions.

Delivery will take place to the address provided in the order. To avoid any delivery problems, we recommend providing as much detail as possible in the address, confirming all information, and ensuring that the contact phone number provided is working.

Our order preparation hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Any order placed outside of normal business hours or on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
