To request a refund, please fill out the form below with the requested information.
Remember that you must request the return within 30 days of receiving the order and all items to be returned must arrive to us in perfect condition, with the tags and without having been washed or used.
The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of any return.
Once we have received the product in our warehouse in accordance with the conditions set out above, we will refund any outstanding balances.
